For the Clarelio websites and the online estimate

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Clarelio websites (clarelio.com, clarelio.ro, clarelio.eu, clarelio.ca, clarelio.it, clarelio.fr) and to the Clarelio online estimate. They are offered by Clarelio S.R.L., Str. Avram Iancu 8, et. 1, ap. 2B, 400098 Cluj-Napoca, Romania, CUI RO55038363. In Canada, orders are placed with 17541198 Canada Ltd. The quote tells you which company sells to you.

2. The websites

The information on our websites is general guidance. Technical figures come from the documents and tests of the system supplier, and the source is shown or available on request. They can change. A drawing or datasheet confirmed in writing for your project always comes first. Nothing on the websites is an offer.

3. Budget estimates, not quotes

Prices in the online estimate are budget estimates before tax (VAT or HST). They are not a quote and not an offer. A binding price exists only in a written quote from Clarelio, after the measurements are confirmed. The final price can differ because of measurements, site conditions, options and supplier prices.

4. Your account

We open estimate accounts by invitation, for approved dealers and business customers. If the estimate shows a sign-up option, you can also register there. Your login is personal. Keep your password private and do not share it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account that is misused or when the business relationship ends.

5. Keep prices and product data confidential

The prices and product data you see after signing in are confidential business information. Use them for your own work with Clarelio. Do not pass them to third parties and do not copy them in bulk.

6. What you upload and your customers' data

You confirm that you may send us the files and details you upload (for example drawings, photos and the details of your own customers) and that you have told the people concerned. Do not upload photos of people or other personal items. We use what you send only to prepare your estimate or quote. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice.

7. Fair use

Do not try to break the security of the websites or the estimate, do not use automated tools to copy their content or prices, and do not use them for anything unlawful.

8. Trademarks and content

CORTIZO(R), CorVision, COR 70, COR 80, Millennium, Cor Galicia, Alu-Steel and ST 52 are trademarks of Cortizo S.A.U. CLARELIO designs and fabricates bespoke window, door and facade systems on Cortizo aluminium platforms under agreement. CLARELIO is a trademark of CLARELIO Systems. Texts, drawings and pictures on the websites may not be copied without our written permission, except where the owner of the rights allows it.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the websites and the estimate running, but they can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. They are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Clarelio is not liable for decisions made from a budget estimate instead of a written quote. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing takes away the rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version number and date are at the bottom of this page. In the online estimate you are asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

12. Law and contact

Romanian law applies, unless your written agreement with Clarelio says otherwise. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live. Questions: info@clarelio.com, and privacy@clarelio.com for personal data.
